FALLS CHURCH, Va. – General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE:GD), announced today that it was awarded a $524 million contract extension by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to continue providing technology services for its Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). In addition to North Carolina, GDIT has a long history of providing transformative technology services for state Medicaid programs throughout the country, including Alabama, Arkansas, New Mexico and New York.
