Manage and execute engineering activities that include developing technical approaches and plans that support customer’s desired capabilities, determination of scope of work tasks to complete the technical effort and estimating time to accomplish the work tasks and establishing feasible schedules based on resource availability on systems.
Job Description
Education and Experience
Master's level degree in an engineering discipline; Ten (10) years of professional experience in systems engineering in any of the following areas: requirements definition, system design parameters, concept operation, risk assessment, productivity studies/analyses, performance analyses, test and evaluation, post-delivery support.
Or
Bachelor's level degree in an engineering discipline with twelve (12) years of professional experience in systems engineering in any of the following areas: requirements definition, system design parameters, concept operation, risk assessment, productivity studies/analyses, performance analyses, test and evaluation, post-delivery support.
Desired Professional Experience: Engineering experience supporting U.S. Navy providing services and support for Combat Systems that range from unit level systems such as Sensor Distribution Systems (SDS), Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), AEGIS, ZUMWALT, Integrated Combat System (ICS) and any future Combat Systems to operational level Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Cyber security, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) is highly desired.

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $138,859 - $187,867. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
