Job Description

Strategic Command Information Technology Logistics Support (SCITLS) provides the full spectrum of enterprise communications and information technology services to support the critical missions of the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). As one of the largest providers of enterprise-wide IT services in the Federal Government, GDIT’s extensive IT experience provides J6 leadership a unique opportunity to leverage our advanced technology integration experience to stabilize critical infrastructure and rapidly insert technology to accelerate optimization and modernization. It also allows J6 to leverage GDIT’s experience in reducing the technical complexity of USSTRATCOM’s Command and Control Facility (C2F).

We are looking to identify personnel for the following roles to support our team:

  • Client Services System Administrator
  • Field Services Technician
  • Logistics Technician
  • Service Center/ Help Desk Administrator
  • Service Delivery Administrator
  • Workflow System Administrator

The responsibilities of these roles may include supporting the daily operations and ensuring client/user inquiries are responded to timely, providing analysis to determine the causes of problems, defining strategies to implement corrective actions, or coordinating with other departments to improve processes and quality of client interaction.

Required certifications will vary by position but will follow DoD 8140 requirements. This may include the following certifications:

PMP, ITIL Foundations, CND, GICSP, CASP+, CISA or Security +

All positions require either Top Secret or Top Secret with SCI eligibility Clearance

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $104,780 - $141,762. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
