Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) Operator/ Senior Technician

Our work depends on Intelligence Trainer Senior joining our team to join our team and play a crucial role in preparing intelligence professionals for real-world missions. This role involves delivering advanced intelligence training, supporting exercise planning, configuring simulation systems, and providing technical expertise on Military Intelligence (MI) systems. As a Senior Technician, you’ll directly contribute to national security by equipping Military Intelligence personnel with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for mission success.

HOW AN IEWTPT OPERATOR/SENIOR TECHNICIAN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Enhancing Military Readiness: Delivering scenario-based training to enhance operational effectiveness, preparing soldiers for real-world situations, and improving decision-making and responsiveness.

  • Building Expertise in Tradecraft: Providing mentorship and in-depth training in intelligence disciplines (IMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and All-Source Analysis), which builds the specialized skills necessary for intelligence professionals.

  • Improving Training Capabilities Through Simulation: Configuring and operating IEWTPT systems to enable realistic, immersive training, giving personnel practical experience and confidence in a controlled environment.

  • Supporting Complex Training Exercises: Integrating IEWTPT capabilities into large-scale exercises to replicate real-world conditions, enabling participants to perform mission-critical tasks.

  • Providing Technical Expertise and Support:��Ensuring seamless operation of IEWTPT systems and simulation models to maximize training quality and effectiveness.

  • Simulation Support: Configure, set up, maintain, and operate IEWTPT systems,

  • Exercise Support: Work with training audiences to refine objectives and determine solutions for using intelligence simulation models. Assist in planning, execution, and technical support of training exercises.

  • Technical Expertise: Ensure the effective operation and integration of IEWTPT systems in training exercises by designing, testing, and modifying system configurations.

  • System Management: Operate and support all applications within the Technical Control Cell (TCC) for exercise setup and execution, ensuring proper stimulation of intelligence workstations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Military Studies, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area.
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience in one or more intelligence disciplines: IMINT (Imagery Intelligence), SIGINT (Signals Intelligence), GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence), HUMINT (Human Intelligence), or All-Source Intelligence.
    • Knowledge and experience with the IEWTPT system and associated intelligence platforms, such as Tactical Ground Station, DCGS-A, Prophet, GRCS, and TES.
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI is required to start; Must be able to obtain a CI Poly
  • Required Skills and Abilities:  
    • Ability to configure, maintain, and operate intelligence simulation models and systems.
    • Strong understanding of Military Intelligence functions, ISR mission requirements, and system connectivity.
    • Familiarity with software and hardware configuration to meet functional specifications based on user needs.
    • Excellent communication skills to work with diverse groups, including military units and government clients.
    • Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster improvement in trainees.
    • Ability to design, test, and modify training simulations based on exercise objectives.
    • Experience with exercise planning, technical planning, data scripting, and system testing.
    • Skilled in configuring the TCC and integrating IEWTPT capabilities for training objectives.
    • Ability to operate in dynamic environments, adapt to changing requirements, and meet mission needs.
  • Additional Information:
    • Willingness to stay current with new technologies and intelligence methodologies.
    • Open to training in new software versions and systems as needed.
    • Willingness to support training at customer locations, as part of a mobile training team, or virtually

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
