Our work depends on a Business Administrator - VTC joining our team to evolve and maintain network infrastructure for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration.

HOW A BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR - VTC WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

•    Provides administrative and operational management to assigned projects or task(s)
•    Performs variety of non-routine administrative and analytical tasks, supporting a functional area within the organization or general business operations. Support activities include may include administration, facilities planning, financial planning, and logistics
•    Provides VTC Scheduling and Setup support for the NNSA users 
•    Participates in the development of project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
•    Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources
•    May assists in establishing budgets and schedules, monitoring performance
•    Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
•    Coordinates risk tracking process

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (substitutions will be based on additional years of experience)

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of related experience 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with Project Scheduling, Business Administration, Project Setup, Data Analysis, Metrics and Reporting

Security Clearance Level:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Possess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance
    • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment

  • Proficient Written and Oral Communication; Organization, Problem Solving, Communication, and Teamwork

  • This role requires to be on-site in Albuquerque, NM

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $62,075 - $83,983. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
