Our work depends on an Intelligence Management Specialist (Logistics - DEPLOYED) to serve in support of defense analytical requirements by providing enhanced logistics and administrative support for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC)  

HOW AN INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (LOGISTICS) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT  

• This position is required to deploy and may be permanently relocated to the Command Forward Headquarters (CFH), Qatar 
• Assist in the receipt, storage, and issue of supplies and equipment. 
• Handle pick-up and delivery services. 
• Oversee warehouse operations. 
• Manage shipping and receiving processes. 
• Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials. 
• Manage the disposal of surplus or obsolete property. 
• Assist in the maintenance and operation of the organization's fleet of vehicles. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records.  
• Conduct periodic inventory audits. 
• Handle the secure destruction of classified materials. 
• Update the Logistics SharePoint site on a weekly basis. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:  

• Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with CI polygraph eligibility. 
• US Citizenship Required  
• Desired Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 5 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 7 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs. 
• Required:  Experience in administrative support or logistics. Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools. 
• Preferred: Knowledge of hazardous material handling procedures. Experience with fleet management or inventory control systems.
