Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst

Job Description Summary:

In this role, the candidate will split their time between the ARMA office and the Customer site on MacDill AFB.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Minimum 1-3 years in a project-based PMO support role
  • Demonstrated relevant experience supporting administrative, contractual, financial and organizational needs of multiple PMO staff
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skill
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills with ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency
  • Highly motivated, dynamic individual, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
  • Familiarity with Cost Plus Contracts, Labor Category Management, Tracking Travel and other ODC Contract expenses a plus

Responsibilities

The Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst will provide direct support to Program Managers and Project Managers to facilitate all administrative requirements in the execution of client contract/management throughout their lifecycles

  • Manage and Track Invoices and Financial Supporting Documentation
    • Work with finance to prepare back up documentation
    • Submit invoices to COR via classified network
    • Review invoices with COR, answers RFI, and coordinates updates
    • Track invoice status and reports to GDIT
  • Reconcile COR’s ODC tracker with GDIT tracking
  • EAC support as needed (reconcile Subk inputs, etc.)
  • Support RFIs, RFPs, and Pricing requests
  • Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and back-up documentation for accuracy and completeness, and liaise with subcontractors and vendors as directed by project managers to resolve issues
  • Assist employees with expense report entry and submittal
  • Manage Teams Sites for multiple Programs
  • Assist with population and maintenance of program/project management information system data
  • Track deliverables and deadlines for multiple concurrent projects, maintaining version control
  • Assist in drafting project proposals, responses to RFIs, and obtaining vendor/subcontractor pricing
  • Assist in project capture and business development efforts, including formatting and assembly of past performance documentation, staff resumes and other document components
  • Assist Program Manager and project managers in responding to internal requests for information from other staff/departments
  • Must be physically able to walk or traverse one – two miles per day

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $72,509 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
