HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: 

  • Serving as liaison between business owner and stakeholders and the development team. 

  • Conducting reviews of project documents including requirements, design and interface prototypes, user guides, and electronic training modules.  

  • Drafting and maintaining system development lifecycle documents including feature statements, system and user requirements, and use cases. 

  • Facilitating requirements gathering meetings and working with system stakeholders to define and document user requirements. 

  • Preparing memoranda, articles, content for the internal application team, and other correspondence related to the application knowledge base. 

  • Troubleshooting complex problems and providing customer support for process specific hardware and application issues. 

  • Preparing reports on analyses, findings, and project progress. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

  • Education: BS/BA or Equivalent experience 

  • Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience 

  • Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility 

  • Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills 

  • Preferred Skills: CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570 Compliance) 

  • Location: On Customer Site, Washington, District of Columbia

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
