Job Description

Be a part of the men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges! General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an Enterprise Services Architect to support the DTRA I3TS program at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

This program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable the customer to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities. These services will deliver exceptional execution value to internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Duties Include: 

  • Designs, validates, and implements Enterprise level services adhering to principals of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Evaluates and analyzes complex systems architecture in support of the customers COOP (Continuity of Operation) and DR (Disaster Recovery) requirements.
  • Support and implement monitory of all Enterprise services in cooperation with the Cybersecurity requirement for the Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC)
  • Develops and documents company's hardware and network infrastructure support by the IT Service Desk
  • Provide enterprise-level IT engineering-related services for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICs environments.
  • Plan and transition of IT systems to DoD enterprise or shared services, cloud environments and/or to hybrid operating environments.
  • Deliver executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior Government personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • 10+ years of experience providing enterprise-level IT services; experience should include SIPRNet and JWICs.
  • Security+
  • TS/SCI clearance active withing the last 24 months

Desired Certifications:

  • CASP+ or equivalent
  • ITIL 4 Fundamentals
  • Cloud provider certification (AWS or Microsoft Azure)

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $128,666 - $174,078. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
