REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating and participating in meetings or information sessions.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating project schedules, creating or distributing minutes or action items.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking action items to successful completion.
  • Demonstrated experience assisting in assessing, documenting, or tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining files, records, files for reports, documentation, operating procedures, or internal memorandums.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting tasks that require the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the project manager; assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience composing technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, or reports.
  • Demonstrated experience editing functional descriptions, system specifications, user’s manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables or documents.
  • Demonstrated experience planning or coordinating program management process activities such as Program Reviews, Requirements Review Boards (RRB) or Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings or presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience providing documentation, requirements, or information updates.
  • Demonstrated experience providing support such as technical writing or technical editing, integration of various sources into a cohesive product; preparation of graphical or narrative presentation material.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience with sensitive data handling.
  • Demonstrated experience as a data transfer officer.
     

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience: 10+ years
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Location: Reston, VA - On Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $132,759 - $179,615. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
