Data Scientist - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Our work depends on Data Scientist with strong Internet Ops tradecraft skill set to develop, coordinate, and maintain internet knowledge base/risk framework, data model, lexicon, and questionnaire to assist providers, system owners and users; assist with the development of the internet decision tree to fully automation of the questionnaire. Experience working in DO, CCI, VOG in an operations capacity is desired. joining our team to manage and enhance Splunk environment to ensure seamless data ingestion, analysis, and visualization.

REQUIRED SKILLS: The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:

• Demonstrated experience assessing risk, impacts and developing contingencies to mitigate those issues
• Demonstrated experience analyzing structure and unstructured data and streamlining business process; making customized algorithms and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience working with risk frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization and link analysis
• Demonstrated experience performing strategic systems planning
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices
• Demonstrated experience completing various forms of communications for executive, technical and mission audiences
• Demonstrated experience in making logical, fact-based informed decisions about mission internet technology solutions and their usage
• Demonstrated experience identifying technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities and process
• Demonstrated experience with time management and working on multiple initiatives
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment

​DESIRED SKILLS: Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Demonstrated experience processing and integrating large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible manner
• Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with sponsor staff, IT customers and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels

• Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Experience: 10+ years
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• US Citizenship required
