Job Description

Collection Strategist, Sr 

 

Our work depends on a Senior-level Collection Strategist, to serve in support of defense analytical requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). 

 

HOW A SENIOR-LEVEL COLLECTION STRATEGIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

  • Analyze collection requirements, operations, and multi-INT strategies.  
  • Identify collection trends and opportunities, assess tradeoffs, test assumptions, and produce original and incisive judgments, solutions, and recommendations to refine collection effectiveness. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in intelligence collection disciplines, collection requirements management systems, collection plans and strategies, and intelligence community coordination processes.  
  • Assist with executing collection operations management processes supporting joint command tasking, synchronization, and strategy development. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:  

  • Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with CI polygraph eligibility.��
  • US Citizenship Required  
  • Desired Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 5 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 7 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs. 
  • Required:  Proficiency in collection management systems and data analysis tools. 
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, force management concepts, and USCENTCOM operations.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $82,283 - $111,323. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
