HOW A SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Manages the functionality and efficiency of the software running on one or more operating systems.

This position will be responsible for ensuring that applications meet business needs and user requirements, while also maintaining high levels of performance, reliability, and security.  

Leads Software Factory team, Enterprise Application services, and manages Release Deployment Services in a DevSecOps environment.  

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience as outlined above. Previous experience supporting large U.S. government federal agency customers is highly desired

● One of the following active certifications is required:  Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), or Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP)
● Required Technical Skills: Strong understanding of system administration principles, practices, and tools, including operating systems (Windows, Linux), programming languages such as Java and XML, Database management, CSS etc.

● Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent Communication skills to communicate with clients and colleagues in both written and verbal form, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

● Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.
● Location: Remote

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $129,200 - $174,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
