HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • The Administrative Assistant (AA) will be responsible for communicating with applicants across the continental United States to schedule 70 attendees for one pre-interview event per month

  • Single-highhandedly manage mailing event information packages to 70 applicants per month

  • The contractor is solely responsible for each event and is responsible for maintaining proper communication while scheduling applicants and employees, meeting all security requirements

  • Also responsible for escorting applicants to and from the Pre-Interview session held in the building (one per month)

  • Also responsible for scheduling and organizing Pre-Interview events

  • Will be working in a team environment and is responsible for answering phones, scheduling applicants, providing required material to event team leads with an emphasis on attention to detail and organization to ensure all events run smoothly

  • There are 5-6 events per month

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

  • The position requires High School Diploma and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • The core hours are 8:00 am-4:00 pm

  • Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own

  • This position is on customer site

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $28.93 - $34.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
