Our work depends on Software Engineer joining our team at Pt, Mugu, CA to provide development, testing, analysis and documentation in support of NAWCWD AEA IPT operations, planning, and management.

HOW A SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Investigate and analyze problems and requirements
Design, develop, integrate, unit test, and document airborne electronic warfare software programs
Execute as a member of an Agile team following SCRUM and CI/CD processes and methodologies.
Analyze requirements for decomposition, allocation and traceability; document the results and submit for peer reviews
Develop software code to approved allocated requirements, high-level and detailed designs.
Utilize approved CM tools to perform CM of the software, such as GitHub, Visual Studio, DOORS, Rational ClearCase.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED {Required}:
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Software Development, Test/Integration, Requirements and Test Analysis
Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with Agile methodology, C#, GitHub experience
Preferred Skills: US military electronic warfare experience, proven self-starter, experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Location: On-site at Pt. Mugu, CA

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
