As a Knowledge Management Analyst, you will help GDIT has an exciting opportunity to participate in the SAG-U as a member of our Enterprise Mission Information Technology Services (EMITS) program supporting U.S. Army Europe and Africa’s (USAREUR-AF) mission in Wiesbaden Germany. ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Knowledge Management Analyst joining our team in the utilization and administration of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), collaborative technologies (SharePoint Online) and electronic records management platforms (ARIMS). The Knowledge Management Analyst will effectively curate, organize, and analyze operational documentation and information assets across the organization to support mission planning and readiness efforts. A key role of this position will be creating data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI. The Knowledge Management Analyst may serve as a SME, providing technical support and training to internal and external customers.
HOW A KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Clearly communicate technical details to military leadership and staff.
Perform data analysis in support of business decision making.
Provide guidance and leadership in the integration of requirements management practices utilizing Office 365 tools with knowledge management and business intelligence strategies.
Develop reports, dashboards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools.
Leverage extensive experience with Power BI Service, including establishing gateway refresh schedules and row level security.
Utilize proven experience using other Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate and integrating them with Power BI solutions.
Create datasets and data flows for self-service reporting.
Capable of maintaining, updating, and performance tuning of existing BI reports.
Understanding of agile methodologies.
Experience working on projects in an Agile environment.
Possessing the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, team-oriented environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support information lifecycle requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer
Managing the enterprise electronic records classification structure and document retentionpolicy, applying its content to increase efficiencies and productivity by automating retention schedules.
Responsible for the performance of analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
Establish metrics to monitor the efficacy of knowledge management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Participates in special projects as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Security Clearance Level: TS SCI
Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
Required Experience: 5+ years’ experience;1+ years of Knowledge Management related experience
Certification: DoD 8570 IAT Level II
Required Technical Skills: Knowledge Management Strategies, Proficient in the use of Data Analytics Expressions (DAX) and Power Query; Data governance, data management, and metadata management; Data visualization, dashboard design / implementation, reporting, self-service BI, data KPIs, and scorecards; Predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analytics; SharePoint, Open Text, Records Management and Security + certification.
Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and capable to handle multiple tasks.

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
