The RPC's Policy, Performance, and Training Manager is responsible for leading efforts to enhance operational policy, performance, and training initiatives critical to the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in policy analysis, operational support, training development, and change management within a refugee processing context. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration Admissions Teams (PRM/A), Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs), Resettlement Agencies (RAs), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and other USRAP partners, to optimize the use of the START system and support effective refugee case processing.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
