Telecommunications Analyst Advisor

Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst Advisor joining our team to provide UC services throughout the Federal Aviation Administration (FAVES) ecosystem.

HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Analyzes, administers, and maintains Unified Communication systems; Telecommunications and Video Systems.
  • Provides guidance for the analysis, maintenance and modification of complex telecommunication and Video systems to meet operations standards.
  • Monitors the operations of telecommunications systems and services of vendors.
  • Provides guidance regarding complex UC systems usage and recommend changes as appropriate.
  • Provides guidance for the planning and coordinating of all moves and installation of complex UC equipment.
  • Provides guidance for the testing, adjusting, and troubleshooting of complex hardware equipment as necessary.
  • Provides technical audiovisual, multi-media, and video support services for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and other events.
  • Sets up, installs, tests, operates, and maintains equipment for audio and video conferencing and teleconferencing meeting needs
  • Performs audio visual system deployments including hardware and software configuration.
  • Conducts sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment.
  • Operates sound and visual equipment during live events.
  • Performs maintenance actions including inspections, service contracts, and upgrades.
  • Monitors and analyzes overall VTC equipment and system performance to ensure satisfactory operation.
  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, infrastructure and AV problems.
  • Installs video switching devices, media converters, wall monitors/televisions, and video control devices that support AV systems.
  • Provides guidance for end-user training of telecommunications features and functionality.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Required Experience: 9+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Telecomm; AVAYA, Video; Zoom
● Security Clearance Level: US SECRET
● Required Skills and Abilities: Security Hardening of Video Systems.
● Preferred Skills: FAA Systems, Secure Environment Practices.
● Location: On Customer Site
● US Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $123,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
