Job Description

The Effects Coordinator leads planning and coordination to develop behavioral influence strategies. This includes synthesizing strategic client goals with existing client capabilities and providing actionable recommendations for capability employment and expansion to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce risk. Additionally, the Effects Coordinator - Senior will be responsible for the following: 

  • Ensures assessment strategies are appropriate and incorporated into operational planning 

  • Synchronizes internet-based operations to achieve overarching operational and strategic impact 

  • Coordinates guidance, authorities, objectives, priorities, mission area analysis, assessment data and program capabilities  

  • Liaises with other organizations to coordinate and prioritize authorities, permissions, and support to current and future operations 

  • Provides reports summarizing team efforts and strategies 

  • Serves as the subject matter expert on program capabilities, authorities, applications, best practices, and procedures to leaders, staff, components, other organizations, subordinate commands, allied and partner nations, and interagency entities for coordination, synchronization, and deconfliction of efforts 

REQUIRED SKILLS:  

  • 3+ years of related experience in the product development process and tactical and operational planning 

  • Demonstrated experience with Target Audience Analysis 

  • Demonstrated experience with SERIES development 

  • Demonstrated experience conducting briefings  

  • Multiple tactical-level deployments (preferred) 

EDUCATION:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree; relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu 

  • Completion of PSYOP qualification course 

  • Completion of Joint IO Planning or IO Integration courses preferred 

Requires DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
