Job Description

HOW A TARGETING ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Fuses Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) to conduct network analysis of potential audiences and identifies key influencers to support MISO planning

  • Coordinates with inter-agency and other partners as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Security Clearance Level: Active in scope TS/SCI Clearance

  • Education: Requires Bachelor’s Degree, relevant experience may be considered in lieu

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience

  • Skills and abilities: Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have ability to work independently with little or no supervision

  • Location: On Customer Site

Required Experience:

  • Acute HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge / understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully describe the MISO target assessment process and/or the F3EAD targeting process

  • Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development

  • Strong background and firsthand experience in in Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT/GEOINT/OSINT Analysis, and Collection Management

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with SOF and special mission units

  • Experience supporting MISO or related operations

  • Understands OSINT/PAI research methods and TTP(s)

  • Bi-lingual

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
