Program Analyst Senior

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
● Analyze, monitor and report financial performance to program management and/or customer
● Develop spend plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual requirements. This includes tracking all labor and non-labor expenses.
● Review funding levels for the need of Limitation of Funds (LOF) notifications, risk authorizations and de-obligations
● Manage subcontractor support by budgeting funds, issuing purchase orders, reviewing invoices and de-obligating unused funds
● Assist in developing cost estimates

● Ensure timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent projects of moderate complexity

● Position requires strong communication/documentation skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills

● Apply effective networking skills to carry out job responsibilities. Gather pertinent information from a variety of sources to perform duties.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Effective communication skills. Desire to take on new tasks as program requirements evolve.
● Preferred Skills: Accounting & Project Management experience a plus
● Location: Hybrid

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
