Our work depends on a Operations Specialist joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable our customer to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism.

HOW A OPERATIONS SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Manages and troubleshoot and tickets
  • Coordinates tech dispatch
  • Creates recommendations for dispatch/hardware
  • Service desk support
  • On call support for O&M
  • External Dialing support

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
 

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of related experience
 

REQUIRED TECHINICAL SKILLS: Experience in JIRA, Service manager, Microsoft TAC, Avaya BCM, Avaya IP Office

CLEARANCE: TS/SCI

LOCATION: Washington, DC

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $32.84 - $44.42. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
