US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the senior technical and functional expert supporting Enterprise Quality Management.
  • Establishes and stands up program policy and practices for Quality Management and monitors compliance with GDIT and customer policy.
  • Educates managers and employees regarding Quality Program policies and practices.
  • Implements and executes inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to program standards and the use of ServiceNow
  • Supports Service Operations in planning and ensuring the program meets and exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to include program metrics.
  • Interacts with quality counterparts, both government and other contracting companies.
  • Supports/Consults with government and government representatives in standing up their Quality Assurance and Control program and practices.
  • May serve as a technical task or project leader.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience required.
  • Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Experience managing the Quality Program for a contract.
  • Experience defining policy and practice for Quality Management, and educating managers and employees.
  • Experience with external quality certification auditors, including ISO and ITIL initiatives.
  • Experience establishing contract policy and practice and monitoring compliance with internal and government client policy.
  • Current or previous Government experience highly desired.
  • Experience and ability to analyze Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001: 2015
  • ITIL v4 Certification
  • Project Management Experience or PMP Certification

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $134,597 - $152,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
