At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Senior Functional Analyst you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Functional Analyst Senior joining our team to support our Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) REVS application.
HOW OUR SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Lead for REVS Remedy/Customer Support. Handle all tickets and escalate to developers as necessary, providing troubleshooting information.
SME and REVS Administrator for customer and development team as needed
Create test plans, requirements matrices, and provide extensive participation in software testing and upgrade rollouts.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk support as needed.
Use critical thinking skills and strong written and oral communication skills in support of project activities.
Develop presentations for Weekly Customer Meetings and take minutes.
Develop/maintain and provide Training to end users as requested.
Maintain all REVS documentation
Serve as back up to REVS System Administrator to support patching and STIGS as needed.
Strong communication skills; technical troubleshooting skills
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):
Security Clearance Level: Active Secret with completed T5 investigation
Required Experience: 6 years of directly related experience
Required Certification: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Location: Remote

The likely salary range for this position is $78,625 - $106,375. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
