Tactical Data Link Manager (JICO)
Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. ATGPAC’s Battlelab Support team is seeking a Tactical Data Link Manager (JICO) to support this vital program with positions available in San Diego, CA.
The Battlelab team shall provide technical, tactical, and administrative support to provide FBP, FST-U, STW and BMD distributed training to ships and provide feedback to ATGSD, ATGPNW, and ATGMP.
Duties include:
Shall construct and disseminate the ATG FBP/FST-U/STW/BMD Battle Lab plan, communications plan, and simulation control methodology plan to ATGSD, ATGPNW, and ATGMP, as applicable, and to participating ships. The contractor shall brief plan(s) to ATGSD and participating ships prior to each event to ensure all participants are aware of the FBP and FST-U, BMD battle scenario.
Required Qualifications:
Must have 5 years of Combat Systems management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer or equivalent supervising combat systems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair.
Must have 5 years experience setting up and operating both Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT) and Gateway Manager (GWM) configurations, layouts, and routing. Conduct the setup and operation of GCCS-M/GCCS-J for Network and CST configurations.
Must have been qualified as an Interface Control Officer, U.S. NAVY Enlisted Classification code W24A or equivalent.
Must have 3 years scenario development/training/operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF); Multi-System Automated Remote-Control Interface (MARCI).
Must have 3 years’ experience with Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT) and Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting
LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications.
Knowledge of:
(Set up/operate GWM/LMMT/TDACS for UTJ/STJ/MTJ and Link 16 Hardware), coordinate with C3F Data Fusion Cell and provide MTJ parameters for Link MITE, BMD events and FBP FST-U events and submit EHF/MTJ request to C3F DFC for MTJ parameters to support Battle Lab operations

The likely salary range for this position is $138,072 - $186,804. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
