Our work depends on the Program Manager joining our team to support the development of systems and capabilities centered on our comprehensive motion imagery software suite. The Program Manager will focus on the development and execution of the program technical vision, and the execution of the overall program within budget and time constraints.
HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Plan, direct, and schedule all work performed under this contract
Ensure technical quality of the services and support performed and the products procured under the contract meet/exceed customer requirements. The Program Manager will serve as primary contact to the customer for project technical, cost, and schedule performance
Manage priorities within approved schedule, cost, and performance constraints, including the appropriate allocation and mix of resources and skills to meet requirements
Recruit, hire and retain personnel with skills that meet current requirements as well as new emerging technology to drive innovation and efficient solutions. Additionally, the PM will ensure that all personnel work with the customer and other contractor personnel in a team environment
Identify resource efficiencies and look for ways to streamline program cost and schedule to deliver multitude of system enhancements in a timely fashion
Maintain effective communications with customer personnel on all contract and technical issues
Deliver accurate and timely status of projects are communicated to the customer
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Strong ability to work with leadership team to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts
Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff
High level of proficiency in project management, including managing to budgets, schedules, and technical execution
Through proactive leadership, creates an environment where the impact of technology on the business is clearly recognized
Demonstrate ability to collaborate across multiple locations
Demonstrate planning and organization skills
Demonstrate ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, candidate may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. Years of experience for substitution are in addition to other years of experience requirements outlined below
Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines, of which at least five (5) years are as a program manager in IT disciplines
Demonstrated experience leading contractor teams in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC), including sub-contractors
TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance
Location: On Customer Site
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time if necessary
Desired Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
A master’s degree in an IT-related field
Demonstrated experience with programs deploying IT solutions supporting complex intelligence collection platforms
Demonstrated experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) IT accreditation processes
Substantial leadership skills and proven team building and motivation skills
Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments
Demonstrated experience with deploying systems accredited at an INT-C level

The likely salary range for this position is $187,000 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
