SCRUM Master Advisor

HOW A SCRUM MASTER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery
  • Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintains GitLab and other information radiators for the teams
  • Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements
  • Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is made
  • Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones
  • Motivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
  • Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is preforming against capacity

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, Certified Scrum Master
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Possesses strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices; Demonstrated experience in project management; experience using GitLab for SAFe Agile practices
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly (or eligibility)
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Works independently under limited supervision
  • Preferred Skills: Preferred experience with analytical, scientific, and/or technical disciplines in order to lead highly technical teams
  • Location: On Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $142,802. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
