We are looking for an experienced person to join our team who not only enjoys designing and writing quality code in an organized fashion, but is also fluid so to be able to jump into unit testing and even occasionally updating a user manual. Our team strives to keep coding the priority in order to deliver frequent software updates to our multiple clients. We also offer customized solutions to our clients, so the programmer-analysts on our team who can think outside the box are the ones who really enjoy working here.

Summary of Position
  • Involved in all aspects of software development lifecycle, with emphasis on requirements analysis and coding.
  • Performs software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs.
  • Analyzes user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs.
  • Writes code and creates database structures; involved in creating and maintaining code for main- and sub-systems.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves software deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Teaches others.
  • Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.
  • Provides analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status.
  • May coach and provide guidance for database administrators and software developers.
  • May serve as a team or task lead.
  • Contract requires US Citizenship.

Also Helpful to Have
  • Willingness to think outside the box and be challenged with new opportunities
  • Experience working with software end-users is helpful
  • Ability to design user interfaces is desired, but not required
  • Successful candidate enjoys working in low-code and high-code environments, and creating database structures
  • Technical aptitude should be bolstered by excellent analytical abilities
  • Experience directly supporting the Product Owner and SMEs

  • BA/BS or equivalent, and 5+ years of experience

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $96,034 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
