GDIT seeks an experienced project support professional to support a large, long-standing program providing scientific peer review support to a Federal grant-funding agency. This program provides scientific, logistical, information technology and administrative support in a fast-paced environment in which hundreds of deliverables and thousands of individual documents are delivered annually across more than 30 task orders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a large program supporting medical research by managing operational tasks across several programs with multiple stakeholders, collaborating across and working with a diverse team that includes administrative, scientific, and technical staff.
This role consists of working across approximately 5-8 different task orders varying in size and complexity. You will task and organize a diverse team of operational staff for your assigned task orders / projects. To be successful, you should bring strong organizational, communication, resource management, critical thinking, and task management skills.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal inquires related to compliance or reviewer support.
• Plan and track program-related tasks and resource needs
• Assist with operations resource planning
• Assign and manage day-to-day tasks of operations team members and train new/temporary staff
• Manage application compliance process
• Deliverable preparation to include: Application files; Application compliance reports and letters; Scoring reports; Ad hoc reports
• Monitor and assist with reviewer support and premeeting material preparation tasks
• Provide onsite administrative and operational staff support
Required Experience:
• BA/BS or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience
• Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Task management experience and/or skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively within and across teams
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat Professional

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $62,962 - $72,406. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
