HOW A MCiS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and maintenance of all individual Mission Command Information Systems training
• Certifies all MCiS personnel on primary Mission Command Information Systems
• Responsible for cross training MCiS personnel on alternate Mission Command Information Systems
• Update Programs of Instruction
• Account for and maintain all Mission Command Information Systems equipment
• Coordinate and deconflict all Mission Command Information System training (to include assignment of instructor support)
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on Mission Command Information Systems training, as well as the status of systems and updates
• This is a people manager and task manager position
• Attend necessary meetings, planning conferences, IPR’s, and AAR in support of the organization’s mission
• Participates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: BS/BA or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience; military experience preferred; MTC experience preferred
• Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of all individual Mission Command and Control Information Systems i.e CPCE, JBC-P, JCR, AFATDS, TAIS, AMDWS etc and their functional operations; expert understanding of server and security management; proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers; understanding of database management systems (SQL); expert understanding of network configuration
• Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance
• Required Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills; Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs; Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter; ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues; understanding of systems integration; Customer centric focused
• Location: On Customer Site / some travel required to other customer sites in the AoR
