Job Description
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) UiPath Developer, supporting GDIT’s Global CIO Business Process Automation team, you will work with the internal GDIT departments to develop, deploy and maintain automation deliveries.  The responsibilities include:
  • Demonstrating proficiency in UiPath platform software including experience with UiPath Studio, Assistant, and Orchestrator.
  • Developing UiPath attended and unattended automations.
  • Developing UiPath RPAs that integrate with Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other corporate applications; and leverage the Office365 application suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Architecting and developing secure solutions, from business requirement, with subject matter experts (SMEs) within GDIT’s internal business departments. 
  • Ability to understand the business’s AS-IS processes, turning the requirements into automated TO-BE processes, reducing administrative burden.
  • Contributing to, creating, and maintaining Process Detail Design (PDD) documents for each automation.
  • Conducting automation testing including developing test plans, test scripts.
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and performing code review for your own code and other teammates work. 
  • Work independently with technical and non-technical team members and effectively interacting with functional SMEs.
  • Work in a results-oriented, independent environment with minimal supervision
  • Working in a cross functional, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
  • Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

Required Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Computer or Information Sciences
  • At least 1-2 years of UiPath development experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
  • UiPath Developer Certification(s)
  • Possesses one or more proficiencies in programming languages such as C, C#, Java, Python, .NET, or VB.NET
  • US Persons required due to systems access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and communications
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • UiPath integration experience with Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and/or other alike applications.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and Process Mining

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
