Our work depends on an Electronics Technician Maintenance I joining our team to support users and facilitate video teleconferencing systems (VTC), at the Army Futures Command in Austin, TX.
HOW AN ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE I WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Assist users with set up, connections, and scheduling of rooms containing presentation and conferencing systems.
● Provides operational users with an ability to access and share real time Common Operational Picture (COPs), enabling immediate decision making during real world operations.
● This forms the backbone that provides the operators with situational awareness for effective execution of missions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: AA Degree (will consider other combinations of years of experience and education/certifications in lieu of a degree)
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
Required Skills and Abilities:
● Have familiarity with Crestron Audio/Visual systems and Cisco video teleconferencing devices (VTC).
● Have the ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues while assisting users with setting up equipment for calls and presentations.
● Previous experience with video walls, touchpanels, A/V peripherals and understanding connectivity, configuration, and functionality with the ability to identify and resolve user issues.
● Ability to utilize MS Office programs to develop reports, trackers, etc.
● Knowledge of the setup and configuration of Microsoft Teams.
● Superb customer service and communication skills.
�� Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40lbs.
● Potential for early/late days to accommodate customer requirements.
● Potential for weekend support (minimally).

● Army Futures Command, Austin, TX
(minimal travel required).

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $26.56 - $35.94. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
