Job Description
Systems Analyst Senior
Provides expertise in the formulation of systems' scopes and objectives. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
Collects and performs analysis on moderately complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system
Prepares moderately complex flow charts, models, and procedures
Conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions
Conducts advanced form design and layout activities
Prepares systems specifications
Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems
Performs detailed analysis and systems designs
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
May serve as a team or task lead
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 3+ years of experience

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
