USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.
Software Architect: Builds and maintains software UAF models. Engineers, designs, and builds or enhances capabilities and functions for new or existing applications. Assesses, evaluates, and provides revolutionary technology that provide search and discovery capabilities within the applications. Supports legacy systems, while also assisting in transitioning to virtual or cloud-based solutions as appropriate. Develops and implements enterprise solutions using Scaled Agile methodologies and SecDevOps tools using cloud based concepts including Desktop as a Service (Daas, e.g., VDI), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS); Software as a service (SaaS) and containerization concepts.
Location: Onsite - Offutt AFB, Nebraska - Relocation may be available
Clearance: Must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility

The likely salary range for this position is $191,412 - $258,970. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
