Overview:
GDIT has an opportunity for a dynamic and talented candidate to join our team supporting the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) Case Management Systems Office (CMSO) in its modernization effort for one of its mission-critical applications that is used by all U.S. district, appellate, and bankruptcy courts’ staff members and external stakeholders. CMSO has a mature agile practice using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and supports a broad range of complex business systems which are instrumental to the AOUSC mission.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Task Lead/PM with a long track record of successfully managing projects with similar operations scope. The Task Lead/PM is responsible for supervising all personnel, managing senior-level customer relationships, and overseeing delivery driving process and quality improvement. The successful candidate will be a change agent, not content with the status quo. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. The role requires the ability to successfully juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent work streams. The successful candidate will thrive on the challenge and help the teams achieve a high degree of operations maturity.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
