Full-service delivery: Site Acquisition. Construction. Installation. Deployment.

Dedicated to performance, incorporating new technologies and ensuring less disruption to ongoing operations, our engineering team offers services that allow our customers to focus on more critical tasks while deploying their network. Our Site Acquisition teams consist of leasing and regulatory specialists with real estate licenses, who are familiar with real estate law and who have expertise working with local jurisdictions on complex 3G and 4G network deployments.

The majority of site acquisition scopes performed by General Dynamics Wireless Services are completed by our in-house teams experienced in delivering all work associated with either site modifications or new site build projects. These efforts include: candidate selection; SCIP; file reviews; site applications; building permits; zoning submittal/hearings and regulatory filings. Our long standing relationships with major tower owners, combined with our quality standards and daily project supervision, all contributed to General Dynamics Wireless Services being named “Best in Class” for site acquisition milestone cycle times, by a Tier One wireless carrier.

Our Construction teams are self-performing in-house crews staffed to levels required to support various size projects. Utilizing our internal staff ensures a cost effective, quality-driven approach is carried throughout the entire project.

Our construction teams include: tower erection; line and antenna; civil and electrical crews; as well as technicians/installers. These teams support various scopes of work including new site builds, site modifications, equipment installation/optimization and site surveys/audits. Upon contract award, a demand analysis details the scope of work be performed to dedicate specific teams to the program for the required performance period. Our teams successfully support our largest national wireless projects and are available to all wireless programs.
