Kelly Ferrell serves as senior vice president and chief growth officer of General Dynamics Information Technology, setting the company's growth strategy and driving technology and business development initiatives.

She is responsible for leading integrated growth teams serving the defense, intelligence, health and civil, homeland security and law enforcement markets. She also heads General Dynamics IT’s leveraged services offerings from the Integrated Technology Center in Bossier City, La.

Kelly previously served as the head of the Health and Civilian Solutions Division and vice president and general manager within General Dynamics IT’s Intel Division. Prior to joining General Dynamics IT, Kelly served in management roles at CSC, Northrop Grumman and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from West Liberty University and completed an executive leadership program in management and strategic planning from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
