Leigh Palmer serves as the senior vice president of General Dynamics Information Technology’s Defense portfolio. As part of her role, she oversees the delivery of mission critical services and solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and government customers. Leigh previously served as the senior vice president of General Dynamics Information Technology’s National Security Division where she led the delivery and execution of programs in support of homeland security and the intelligence community.

Prior to joining General Dynamics Information Technology, Leigh served as the executive vice president of CSRA’s Intelligence Group where she helped support mission-critical needs within the intelligence community by delivering a broad spectrum of IT services. Prior to CSRA, Leigh held multiple senior-level positions within BAE Systems’ Intelligence business, including: vice president of national information technology mission solutions; vice president of advanced programs; cybersecurity director; and various management roles overseeing technology deployment programs. Leigh also previously served in a management position at Northrop Grumman.

Leigh earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
