FAIRFAX, Va. – The U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Systems Integration and Management Center awarded General Dynamics the St. Elizabeths Technology Services (SETS) task order in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The multiple-award task order has a potential value of approximately $628 million over six years, if all options are exercised.

Under the task order, General Dynamics will provide IT services, operations and maintenance, and logistics support for the continued development, expansion and design of new and rehabilitated buildings at the DHS St. Elizabeths Campus. Work on the task order will be conducted in the Washington, D.C., metro area.

“General Dynamics continues to be a leader in providing and delivering large-scale campus IT modernization,” said Dan Busby, vice president and general manager of General Dynamics Information Technology’s IT Services and Solutions sector. “Our experienced team will deliver critical IT operations and maintenance that supports DHS mission requirements.”

In 2011, General Dynamics was awarded a task order to support the relocation of DHS headquarters and provide state-of-the-art information technology infrastructure that meets computer networking, telecommunications, building management and physical security requirements. The company will continue to provide IT network architecture, smart building technology and IT modernization services that improve the efficiency and flexibility of new and rehabilitated buildings.

This task order was awarded to General Dynamics One Source, a joint venture of two General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) companies: General Dynamics Information Technology and General Dynamics Mission Systems.
