Alex McGuire, GDIT Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Melissa Frye, GDIT Senior Program Director, recently discussed the logistics and supply chain hurdles facing agencies today – from transportation delays to port congestion to geopolitical tensions – and the innovations that help clients navigate them.

“The logistics mission has been front and center for people, especially over the last four or five years,” Frye said. “Supply chains became a hot topic, but it was really the supply chain disruption with the availability of products and commodities – and that’s something we deal with every day.”
