TN: Why is an automated data center important for today’s government agencies? What trends and challenges are agencies facing that make an automated data center advantageous?
Raghavendra: As increasing number of government services turn digital, automation of end-to-end datacenter operations becomes imperative for uninterrupted service continuity, more efficient shared IT infrastructure operations, and enhanced risk and change management.

Peritus is also partnering with system integrators and cloud service providers—including managed service providers—to empower customized support entitlements, and we are looking to address more specific support automation needs for government organizations.
