FALLS CHURCH, VA – CSRA Inc. (NYSE:CSRA) has added new leadership to its Health and Civil Group (HCG) by appointing Brian Fogg as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Fogg will provide strategic leadership to CSRA’s technical enterprise, leading the HCG’s team of solution architects. In this role, he will focus the group’s resources on driving innovation and technical solutions for both new business and existing programs.

Mr. Fogg brings 25 years of experience in technical leadership to federal customers. Most recently, he served as Chief Innovation Officer for Technica Inc. and led their customer-facing Innovation Council. Mr. Fogg’s Federal IT experience includes expertise in systems engineering, network engineering, hyper-converged infrastructure, and cloud services. As CSRA’s new HCG CTO, Mr. Fogg will focus on envisioning and defining both solutions and solution-development strategies for bringing innovation to CSRA’s Healthcare and Civil marketplace.
Earlier in his career Mr. Fogg served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at NCI Information System Inc.’s Technology Support Office. There he led the team to infuse new technology into NCI's client base and technical staff. Mr. Fogg also worked for over a decade at CSRA’s legacy company, SRA International, where he served as Director of Strategic Solutions for the Defense Sector.
Mr. Fogg received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
