Tech and Engineering Internship Program Tops in Government Services Industry

FALLS CHURCH, VACSRA Inc. (NYSE: CSRA) has a Top 10 tech and engineering internship program according to Vault, a leading source for influential rankings, ratings, and reviews on thousands of top employers and hundreds of internship programs. This places CSRA as the top internship program for the government services industry. CSRA moved up three spots to No. 10 among all Tech and Engineering internship programs in the country, ranking higher than well-established companies like Boeing, AT&T, and Comcast/NBCUniversal.

“CSRA continues to seek the best talent and invest in the next generation of our company,” said CSRA President and CEO Larry Prior. “Our ‘Think Next. Now.’ approach fosters the unique skills and talents of our interns and provides the right guidance to help them thrive. We are excited to receive this recognition and look forward to building on this for next year’s interns.”

Vault this month announced its annual internship rankings for 2018, which are based on a survey of more than 12,000 interns covering 15 different ranking categories. Vault invited more than 400 organizations to participate in the 2017 Internship Survey as well, and gathered information from organizations that sponsor internships as well as their interns.

Current and former interns provided ratings and commented on their internship experiences according to a variety of factors. These factors included the application process, compensation and perks, quality of life, meaningfulness of assignments and training, and full-time employment prospects.

CSRA provided Vault with descriptions of its internship program, as well as details on the number of interns hired, duration of program, locations and departments in which interns are placed, and application requirements. Vault’s Best Tech & Engineering Internships reflect the highest-rated internships in technology and engineering.
