Our Technology Service Centers employs a highly trained, skilled and cleared workforce and includes facilities located in Shreveport/Bossier City, LA, Barbourville, KY, Rensselaer, NY, Durham, NC, Raleigh, NC and Falls Church, VA.

  • Infrastructure and Cloud Managed Services Provide effective Managed Services for our customers by delivering IT resources that are packaged, priced and delivered as a service including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Storage and Network Operations Center (NOC).

  • End-User Managed Services Enable our customers to serve end-users and citizens in an accessible and transparent, cost effective and customer friendly manner via managed services such as IT Service Desk, Contact Center and Desktop as a Service (DaaS).

  • Cyber Managed Services – ProvideCyber Security Managed services such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Operations Center (SOC).

  • Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) – Provide the technologies, staff and functional expertise to deliver one or more business processes such as HR, finance or other workflow based business process or back-office function.

  • Journey to Managed Services Work with customers to roadmap, design, build and deliver and high-quality Managed Services and Shared Services.
